Requirements:

• Cert IV or higher in Chaplaincy/ministry or willing to obtain

• Willing to become part of the RBC family

• Skilled in public speaking and communicating to all ages

• Willing to attend and be actively involved in camps and other events

• Heart for youth/young adults especially upper high school age

• Relational, confident, out-going – able to connect with youth & young adults

• Interest in working within a growing Christian school community

• Committed to building long term relationships with our community

The position is initially 0.4 – 0.6FTE per week (negotiable), with the intention to increase in time, for the right person.
